Providing Purpose and Community
Soldiers To Sidelines empowers and educates Veterans and Service Members to be character based coaches in football, men's and women's basketball, and men's and women's lacrosse. The only requirement is a desire to participate, learn, and positively impact your community. Our alumni coaches serve at the youth, community, scholastic, and collegiate levels.
Certification
We train and certify our Veteran coaches through an intensive and immersive seminar. During the seminars, Veteran's receive instruction from top professional coaches and military leaders on the high-human skills of leadership and team building.
Membership Development Program
After a Veteran completes the certification seminar, they have the option to continue with our Membership Development Program. The MDP goes further in-depth with the high-human skills and sport specific instruction from Soldiers to Sidelines staff.
Coaching Placement Service
Once our Veteran coaches complete their STS certification and the MDP we work with them, and our nationwide network of outstanding coaches, to place them in a coaching position in their desired location.
